Questions, answered
Is this the same as air duct cleaning?

No. This service focuses on the dryer exhaust duct. HVAC supply and return duct cleaning is a separate service.

Will cleaning fix every drying problem?

No. Restricted venting is one possible cause. Heating, controls, sensors and appliance faults can require an appliance technician.

How often should I have the vent checked?

Follow your dryer manufacturer's maintenance guidance. Usage, vent routing and the amount of lint affect how often cleaning is needed.

Are roof vents included?

Roof access needs an individual assessment. The online calculator covers ground-level and accessible upper-level wall outlets only.
